Cancellation & Refund Policy

How customers cancel

• Registered customers cancel through My Bookings.
• Guest customers cancel through the secure cancellation link in the confirmation email.

Cancellation more than 72 hours before booking

Customers may receive:

• Full booking credit.

Cancellation between 72–24 hours

Customers may receive:

• 50% booking credit.

Cancellation less than 24 hours

Generally:

• No refund.
• No booking credit.

Weather-related cancellation

When weather prevents play, customers should be offered the Club's approved compensation option:

• Booking credit.

Failure to comply with these Rules & Conditions may result in the customer being asked to leave the Club or having their access restricted, without prejudice to any other rights available to the Club under applicable law.
